Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Ensure that returns are made within 15 days of receipt, and include the original tags, packaging. Specify the desired exchange item and size. The replacement item must be of equal or greater value. If you’d like to delay your exchange, we can issue a credit note for future use. For assistance, you can also email us at care@sasabyshaushan.com
Important Return Guidelines:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They should have no signs of perfume, deodorant, detergent, makeup, or tan marks.
• Returns will not be accepted if the tags are removed or if the item shows signs of alteration.
• Refunds and cancellations are not available.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Please be aware that adverse weather conditions or any other uncertainities, deliveries may be delayed. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
Sale
We do not accept exchanges or returns on items purchased on sales or promotion, unless the items are faulty and proof is provided by the customer.
